Just Say STOP

The first step is to stop your worrying. Just say “Stop” to yourself and have the courage to do it. Just stop. I worried a lot, till I realized that at the end of every month it had all worked out. Now this doesn’t mean don’t plan or gain new skills, or practice positive new habits. Do these things, these are the easy-peasy tips I’m talking about.

In time you will soon understand it is time that is on your side. Really their is no such thing as healing, the only real healer of anything and everything is time. Come in and spend some time with me if you are feeling blue or lonely, or unsure about a new path that may or may not be unfolding.
